North GA meet?

Anyone interested in organizing a meet in N. GA? Preferably Gwinnett area... Let me know. I'm new to the site. Would like to meet some fellow Mazdas, get some good ideas.

We should start a little N. GA group in here. I havent seen many P5's around where I am, and none that were fixed up. I just ordered my mazdaspeed exhaust, so it should be coming in soon. I think I'm going to get the Eibach Pro Kit in a minute.

I'm up for that. There's a few P5's around. I ran into some guy in a red one, lowered, with some heavy ass subs in the back, up around Gwinnet Place. Jason Owen's around somewhere, he's got a VY P5, too. He won best Mazda up at Road Atlanta, but I haven't seen his car lately.

Atlskate- damn, I drive through Snellville( I'm in Loganville) twice a day and I still haven't seen you! I'm keeping an eye out, though!(attn)

Hey Atlskate, I got my car at Performance Mazda. Not too far from my house, although I live in Lawrenceville. Thanks to everyone who appreciated my sig by the way.

Performance Mazda is Great, the Techs are really helpful, and want ppl to mod their cars. The sales men are a bit slimy, but then again they all are. The Service manager drives a `93 RX-7 TT. I drove by there last night, and they have 12 RX-8's!!!

If anyone is interested in meeting a little further north than Gwinnett, the annual American Road Race of Champions at Road Atlanta is taking place on November 7-9. I believe admission is about $20 for the weekend (Sat/Sun).

If we can truely get something started, EVERYONE is invited. Just as long as you dont drive a neon...j/k.... Gwinnett is northeast of atlanta like 20 miles on Interstate 85. Its hard to miss. Anywhere up here is really fine with me, we just need to get a list of people that would be interested, set a date, and do it. I really need some ideas on what to do to my car.

The fastest way to get to gwinnett from Alabama, depending on what part. I'm in southern Gwinnette County, so to get to me, just take I-20 all the way to exit 77 Turner Hill Rd, and take a left, and that brings you right to Snellville. And the Ga exit numbers are done by miles, so that's 77 miles from the boarder.
