Noob questions

Being that this is my first turbo car i have a few questions regarding modifications.

1.)can i install an aftermarket BOV if the car is stock? (only mods on it are corksport intercooler pipes)

2.) Can i install a FMIC without a tune?

3.) can i straight pipe (no resonator or muffler) without a tune? (stock cats)

4.) Suggestions on where to find a cheap CAI

5.) suggestions on performance brake pads and rotors




any help would be appreciated, i am VERY new to this car (got it two weeks ago) and could really use some insight.....

1. yes you can but it won't run that great unless you have your maf relocated to the cold pipe then it will run good but for better efficiency I would just stay with an upgraded BPV
2. yes you can install a fmic but a tune really brings out the potential of the car
3. yes you can
4. for a cheap cai look on the for sale section of this forum and see if there are any for sale
5. I have ebc slotted rotors and ebc yellowstuff pads and they have been good for me, they do squeak occasionally but that is to be expected with better pads.
