Actually, the whole reason I was bitching was because of MY rights to smoke cigs. I understand that some people are offended by it. Hell, my best friend gives me s*** ALL the time about me smoking. I say "well man, you have stupid habits too". We all have stupid habits, whether it is racing, smoking, or whatever. How about this as a spin. I work in a plastics factory. We use styrene. Its pretty good s***. If it burns, and I smell it, I instantly get heartburn. You know what? I like my job. So I am not quitting. Know what else? I smoke. Yeah its a waste of money. Yeah its a bad habit. Yeah its all this other s***. BUT, by having the minority of the US population being restricted and judged for what they do, it is still discrimination no matter how you look at it. If you disagree, cool. If you agree, cool.
