Noisy Rear Wiper Motor

Has anyone noticed on their 3 5-door if that rear wiper motor sounds "loud" to them...It is much louder than my old P5 rear wiper.

Mine sounds fine. About the same as my old Voyager one.

I didn't notice it at first but then someone pointed it out who was sitting in the back seat. It is quite loud. It is annoying enough that I only turn on the rear wipers if I absolutely need to.

Has anyone noticed that the wipers "beep". It has been raining a lot here in LA this past couple of weeks, and whenever the wipers go up to near vertical there is this distinct electronic beep. It is not a screech or other mechanical sound, but rather an electronic sound.
