If it's speed dependent, I'm willing to bet it is the wheel bearing.
It doesn't seem to change no matter how hard I turn... as long as I turn at all it's the same. I find that odd.

Lift the car in the air, put it in gear and use a stethescope near the wheel bearing. Check both sides, if one is blatantly louder than the other, it is a wheel bearing.
