No TCS Off button, how to turn it Off?

Do you just have a blank where the TCS OFF button is normally at?
I'd also suggest pulling codes to see if you have an ABS failure of some type like a sensor. OBD Reader needs to be more than a generic code reader.

That seems to be a fault then.
If a dealer or Mazda MDS isn't available you may want to consider FORSCAN or OBD Link/Fusion

I have two suggestions, won't cost you anything:
1. Turn the engine on. Turn the steering wheel fully clockwise, then turn it fully counter clockwise then back to the centre. Turn the engine off, give it few seconds and turn the engine back on. The lights should disappear. If nothing changes, try no.2 .
2. Press the start button without turning the engine on, just the ACC mode. While pressing the start button, simultaneously press and hold for at least 5 seconds the panel illumination knob or until the master warning light flashes. Once the light flashes for few seconds, the ECU resets and hopefully it will make your problem go away.

OP likely has an OBD tool if they are playing around with this
