No start after grounding out dead battery with jumper cables

Okay I have an electrical issue of some sort and missing the kick panel cover with the fuse diagram so after putting jumper cables on my battery I grounded out the opposite end accidentally. Now my car won't start and to me it sounds as if there is no spark or no fuel . All of the engine compartment relays are good as well as the fuses. However not knowing where the ones inside the car was easily solved by googling a diagram... But no solution. Any one else ever face similar problems?

So in preparation for getting a jump start I'm attached the negative and then I clipped the positive to a piece of plastic in the engine compartment and like a dummy I was holding the other two ends in my hand and they touched and just a little tiny spark. I mean the battery is pretty dead so I didn't think anything of it but now the car turns over fine but feels sounds like I'm not getting any fuel. See that the fuel pump isn't running or I'm getting no spark one of the two but I can't figure out which and it seems like all the fuses and relays are good so far although I don't have the kick panel diagram. Any suggestions?
