Told them my front blower turned on when car was turned off, and they replaced both relays front and rear, and the problem would not even present itself today. I only asked for 2 front door trim pieces, and they replaced all 4 door pieces. I had them program my brand new uncut smartcard, and the service manager dropped it on the floor, and just shrugged his shoulders. scraped the white paint on one of the buttons, and gouged the black plastic. That just sucks.

Was this done intentionally? Did you buy it from this dealer or from the internet? i hope that this dealer didn't do this because you bought the remote elsewhere.

no, he was just clumsy and dropped it right in front of me onto the concrete. I should have demanded a new one, but then they probly would have retaliated.

Does it work fine? if so whats the problem? Im sure in due time you will drop your keys more then once. Now if he dropped it and stepped on it thats another story.
