No factory preamp outs right?

Hi guys. Just confirming that there is NO aftermarket unit that'll let me get preamp output from my stock HU right?... Mine is just the stock tuner/6-disk changer with the AUX input mod. (uhm)

I'd obviously prefer preamp instead of line level for my amp.

Somebody please surprise me...

As a follow-up does the non-BOSE changer/tuner combo from '04 amplify internally or is there a factory amp hidden somewhere?

If there's a factory amp I can figure out where the factory HU preamp signal is coming from and tap into it.

I'm guessing it's an internal amp for 2004 changer/tuner setup. Not an external amp hidden somewhere...
