Just posting the problem I had with my 2007 Mazda 3 to hopefully help others out. (problem is now fixed) I had searched the forums but could not find the same symptoms as my car. I had no brake lights, no horn, could not get my auto transmission out of park, cruise control would turn on but not engage. I found one post that the wire to the horn was grounding out, I checked mine but it was secured with a plastic clip to keep it off of the steel bracket, kudos to Mazda for fixing that problem. I had the code PO703 "Brake Switch B Input Circuit" my 10 amp brake light fuse would blow as soon as the brake pedal was pushed. Other posts said their fuse was not blowing but mine was. Anyways, I replaced the brake light switch and my problems were solved. I only tried the cruise once, but I am pretty sure that wasn't working as well. Hope this helps.
