No Aux input available

Hi all,

Recently I purchased this item.

It's not the kenwood, but basically the same thing.
After installing, I still do not get an aux input option. Is there a way to get this to work? I have read the entire manual but still havent gotten it to work.

go to standby mode and hold the menu button down for a 2 seconds until u see "menu" with a little lock and key picture next to it. then using your "joystick" scroll down through your menu list until u come to an option that says "AUX OFF" push the center of your volume button and it should change to say "Aux On"

I hope i remembered it well enough.... help me out if i didnt guys
