Yet another Dunlop Round Up makes its way up to New Jersey for September 3rd 2005: 1-4pm

Stop by for some lunch! We have a bunch of BBQ and drinks, all free courtesy of a thing we call budget!
DJ entertainment provided by RIX entertainment and of course their ladies will be out on the prowl again!!!

Prize giveaways and Dunlop tire raffles are all free and open to the general public.

I believe there has been some confusion in the past regarding our Round Up's. We've worked this round up to be a totally FREE event to the public. There is NO registration fee, no hidden fee, when you show up everything should be FREE!!! from the foods, to the raffles, to the parking.

Again there are no fee's so bring your family and friends to enjoy in the festivities. PLEASE prep your car to look good for the media!

***Ladies, dress to impress but please keep it decent as this should be an eventful round up w/ family presence. Nice enough for the families but sexy enough for the cameras!

Yeah free events are always cool, but I wish people would make earlier notices about things like this. There already is a meet planned for Sept. 3rd (see my signature).

I know these events are planned waaaaaay in advance, so why only give 10 days notice?

I know people in MTMA would love to go to events like this as a club, but it is impossible to do in such short notice.

I apologize guys for the late notice! i understand it sucks to have it on such short notice and trust me, for myself its a PITA to have only 2 weeks to plan it out.

Let me break it down for you guys so you know what happens. We here at Hot Import Nights are asked by another company to run these promotional round up's in various cities for them. I personally am enthusiastic about this because it gives me and my company the opportunity to give back to the car community that has been so good to us. The decisions are all made from another company and we strictly provide the planning there after and DJ's food etc etc.... good thing is that we get a nice budget to work with so whatever I can get the various companies to budget I end up giving to the car guys minus my plane ticket. Lets be honest, its a free trip for me to fly to these area's and manage the event.

so the locations, the timing, is out of my hands but in the end I can't be picky because its obviously funded by Dunlop and their contracting company. When we hear where its held at and we hurrily contact our competitors to make sure they can take advantage of this opportunity. So again i'd like to apologize for the late notice but I want you guys to understand its not within my control. I'd much rather have a month's notice so that I may throw a bad a$$ meet. Some of our other meets that we had adequate timing we've been able to just pack house w/ loads of prizes and festive treats for both guys and girls.

HOLLY s*** I WAS THERE AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THIS THREAD!!!! Now the only reason why I was there is because Kooldino invited me over to go there. He was a kid with the yellow Mazda MP3 Turbo and I was parked right next to him with black Mazda. I think we were the only 2 people with Mazda's there. Had good time, meet kewl people, got a free shirt, hehe. Thanks for making this happen, looking forward to HIN!

Too bad my friend didnt get into HIN show because he didnt have enough bling on the outside....
