That's the stock JDM "LX" version bumper guys. Someone just modded it to have mesh grills.

You can't....they are out of business....and they were next to impossible to get in the first place...It was a german compnay that had to be imported....Way harder to get then the next to impossibble and expensive MintBlue and AutoEXE stuff.

Still plenty of other shops that have the front bumper,
Price: 827 euro, thats about 1000 dollar.
So that will be about 1350 dollar (shipped to the US) to have a somewhat unique German front bumper.(smoke)

I think this is a mod. If I ever came accross a junked P5 I was going to do this. Looks like they did it here. Or is that stock in Germany?
