IGNITION COILS - Non-functioning ignition coils may cause lack of power symptoms. Inspect ignition coils
using Service Bulletin 01-016/07 IGNITION COIL INSPECTION. Replace non-functioning ignition coils and
test drive the vehicle to confirm lack of power symptom has been repaired.

Any one get these "TSB-MSP" done yet? If so what did they do and hows it running now? I made a oil change apt, so I will let you know myself.

If I know my car as well as I think I do I will probably need a new engine.

I got the oil changed(5w30) and the new "TSB-MSP" and it's still running good. I will now be premixing (MMO)for the first time of my 525K miles I have done on seven Rotary engine cars. From what Mazda has been doing with its "TSB-MSP" and what I have read it seems like a simple and smart thing to do at this point. I have 35K on my 8 and can't wait till the 16X comes out with the three oil injectors and even more power and torque!

u wont have to wait for the 16x to see 3 oil injectors....the 09 rx8s have three....and whats this tsb msp ppl refer to? i dont kno that abbreviation...

multi side port? manifold sticking button? mothers slutty boss?

yeah like...itll be yrs b4 the 16x is mass produced....like i could go buy an 08 rx8 right now...and have a 4 yr loan and pay it off b4 the 16x is sold ina car......rx9? rx8 gen 2? rx7>? whatever its called im shootin for 2012 at the earliest
