Well, the past couple days I have acquired some new items for the car..
First.
SSR Integral A2's
17 x 8
+38
16 lbs a piece
w/ 235/45/17 tires (will be doing a 245 when I replace the tires)
They need a little cleaning/touching up, and some new decals..but I got them for a steal. Anyone that knows these wheels can appreciate how hard they are to find in the right size for a Probe..all said, they should knock ~40 lbs off of the car over the stock swirlies..woot! I am really impressed with the fitment..they sit very nicely in comparison to the fender.
That said...I know..it needs to be lowered more than it is right now on the Tokico Blues/Tokico Springs..D2 coilovers will be fixing that
.
Next up...
SCAT 5.400" SBF H-Beams
7/16" ARP2000 Rod Bolts
The rods are 413g a piece. They are rated for 900+hp with the ARP2000 hardware that I got. They are going on my 12:1 Wiseco 'turbo build' pistons that I have (which have a taller compression height to make up for the shorter C to C of the rods).
Once the builder assures me that they will work without too much issue I will be putting my I-Beams up for sale.
Also got these from TWM Motorsports..
Enjoy!
