hey if your car is under warranty that is a yeah! I blew my LSD at 35k and I was freaking out pretty hard, but I swear I can feel the difference of the new one they put in. As you know these cars tend to have f-up parts on them, best to get them replaced while they are free. I'd say my car is running better now than it ever has and I'm at 68K. If you didn't have to pay for it, I'd call this lucky.

Is your wastegate not closing completely and causing really slow spool. Or is the actuator messed up and causing a big boost spike? How is the car acting? If your wastegate is screwed up then that is the 3rd MSP locally that I know of with a defective turbo. Mine, 4doorboost, and you if that's the case. How poopy is that? If your new turbo isn't covered and the aforementioned things are the problem then it is quite fixable with a few tools in your garage. Let us know. I'd be more than willing to tell you how to fix it or even help.

They said that it was all covered under warranty, which is a HUGE relief. I'm not sure about the details yet, because the turbo's are on back order and it wont be done until the end of the week. All they said was that the waste gate wasn't working properly and that i needed a new turbo. I needed a new deck too, since my display went out about a month ago, and that's covered underwarranty also.
I'll keep you all posted.

Congrats on being under warranty! Sometimes they suck to deal with, but in situations like this, the piece of mind is worth it!

Thanks! The only problem is they don't know when they are going to get the new turbo, so i am stuck with the mazda6 rental until they fix it. I just want my car back.
