wassup guys im gonna buy a mazdaspeed soon, but id like some of your feedback on the car, the pros and the cons...also if there is hope for more colors in the future? i previously owned a modded Lexus IS(mods can be found in the my signature). and now im excited to be a soon owner for the black mazdaspeed...also if you could be kind enough to list some mods that are avaible or common to do on this car it would be greatly appreciated thanks!

I love the car. The funny thing is I also have a Lexus IS300. Not modded though. The 2003.5 colors are blue, yellow and titanium I believe. You'll love the car, trust me.

What happened to the IS300?

If you search these forums for things like BOV or downpipes, CAI...ect you will find some pretty good info. Peformance parts specific for the MSP are not to common just yet. I think they are coming slowly.

You might look up info on how people thing the ECU works on MSP. Turboege (sorry if i mispelled your name bud) has some good posts on some findings he has had. So have others.

I typed enough and there are others MUCH with much more knowledge about the msp. I let them speak

i paid 20,500 because the dealership knew i was waitin for one. now that ive seen 2 black speeds sittin in the showroom, they still cant get rid of them...i coulda bargained so much..but...eh...

does anyone know what dealer invoice is on the car, the price they paid for the car? the dealer is offerin me 19750 with lojack and some crap car maintain crap(both i did not want) but marked up the price to 22,000

wow, hrm.. im a fool i guess i paid 23.5k for mine oh well definately well spent I know i coulda got more for the money, but hey, nothing compairs to the style handleing and speed of the msp. well not in this pricerange *SMACK HEAD GRR* if i had 8 more grand i coulda go the evo VIII oh well. STill money well spent i love my msp.

haha it held up a lo better then i thought, and way better then most of my friends though. lets just say i wont be hesitant to buy a hood for the MSP...as long as its good quality of course!

But what exactly happened to the car?? From the front fender, it looks like you hit something cement(like a center divide). But there is a lot of dirt pounded into the wheels and lug nuts. I thought it was rolled, but there is almost no damage to the windows or roof. HMMmmm

yea i rolled...skidded on my hood and side more then the roof...
