Thanks man. So Im not to concerned with any hp gains as I know they are minimal. More concerned about it being loud or raspy. Did you have to add a resonator? Do you have stock midpipe?

No I did not. It just made it a lower, beefier tone.
But also I think your exhaust is louder than the one I have installed, so it might be a different scenario for you

I am running the stock cat and resonator, with the rear muffler deleted. The header definitely added some rasp and volume to the exhaust, but that will vary depending on your exhaust setup.
