New struts w/ lowering springs

Who has replaced these when they put on new springs and what kind did you use.

Everyone SHOULD do this, but it seems most around here don't.

There aren't a ton of good options out there actually, which probably contributes to peoples' tendency not to do things right.

Koni makes their Sport (Yellows) dampers as well as their FSD line of dampers for the 3, and those seem to be pretty popular choices...
