so i need a BOV for my car, what kind should i get? my friend wiss, got a Type R greddy BOV....sounds real good, and it recirculates.....

O question, when you have a BOV that flutters does that mean something is wrong....i can't remember the conversation cuz i was half drunk, but some one was telling me somethin on those lines....and i couldnt put 2 and 2 together

You should just start a new thread with the question as the title. That way our friendly forum members will know that you're in need of advice, and you will get 2,000 replies in a day. =p

I was kidding about the replies, but seriously I think you'll get more help that way. Also, don't forget to post in the right section. A question regarding the BOV will probably belong in the Forced Induction section. Moderators will help you if the thread is in the wrong sub-forum. *^_^*

Don't waste your money on a BOV, get a Cai and you will hear the stock valve which works perfectly fine and you get another 20 hp. BOV valves only cause problems unless your drastically increasing the boost.

Very good advice, bov set to vta will actually decrease the performance of your car at stock boost

Missing the 3rd has been upsetting although I haven't missed it lately.

Well if you want to be loud and obnoxious then go for it, I have read way to many problem threads about BOV's to even consider it.

AWR rear motor mount FTW. You will notice a big difference in shifting and it may even help you to not miss gears.

CP-E turbo-back is a good place to go...but I have been waiting since April and still no sign of them being in stock, even though I am promised on a weekly basis by skeet unit that they are being shipped to them today...

Test pipes should be out soon on Prot garage and their service is so good I'm waiting for it to be available and won't get the skeet unit one. Stock cat-back is fine. nice and quiet so I wouldn't worry about that, just need to get rid of those damn cats!

Agree completely with not getting a BOV. The CAI is sssooooo nice!!!!

get a blow off valve and run it vta for a few days...then u can be obnoxious by letting off the gas when ur next to people..i do it and its so funny...spray old people and s*** with the loud bov...exhaust would help too...knowledge007 had nice sound clips of cp-e's TBE check it out..sounds so nice

If I could ever get my CAI installed that would be nice! They are backordered until mid-July. It wouldn't be as bad if I didn't know what I was missing! (My other MS3 had one...)
