New rims

I was wondering what is the off set for the factory rims on the 2010 Mazdaspeed3? I am thinking about getting the GTC 01s cause they look so clean and thinking is the 48 offset too big for the car. Also do you think 20.7 lbs is too heavy for a 18" rims?

2010 MS3: 18x7.5 +52.5mm offset
2010 3s: 17x7 +52.5mm offset

For your MS3, anything around 45-48mm offset will be fine with 225/40 tires (maybe even 235/40's). It's possible to go beyond that, but you may have to run a little camber up front or roll the rear fenders. I'm not sure that anyone has found the limits for 2010's yet.

I think 20-21 pounds is reasonable for an 18x7.5 wheel. You can go as light as 17 pounds, but it will cost ya.

what is the bolt pattern? I thought it was 5-100? is that right? Or is it 114.3?
