new pictures like a promise(blown engine)

How do we know how many miles they have on them just from the pics alone? They could be brand new motors, or they could have 45,000 miles on them for all we know. Lets stick to the pertinent information here (meaning information relative to the thread and your personal situation). Most people merely want to see some pics of your actual blown engine, not some "said" blown engines that are apparently lying around the dealership.
Did you ever wonder why they still have them sitting around if they have already been replaced? Perhaps a Mazda rep is coming to take a look.
In regards to your comment about how will Mazda know that you had a bigger turbo in there; simply they will pull your ECU, asses some of the information on the maps, and see the higher boost numbers = you ******, and that is not a situation I would like to see you in.

dont ******* ask me anymore stupids question, when an engine is blown as mine or as the one you see on the pictures mazda dont want them as per my tech guy, how many freaking times do i have to say that mazda dont want them engines, they will be disposed of, and as per mine the thech will open it and check what went wrong, btw no one is pulling my ecu to check anythig because there is no mazda rep coming, let me repeat it for you einstein, NO MAZDA REP IS COMING, THERE IS NOBODY COMING, NADA, ZERO, KISS IT GOODBYE, GET IT NOW, NOBODYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

i think blackmica08 is actually a spy from mazda. he is trying to convince everyone that mazda doesnt care about mods and wont check up on stuff afterwards, just blindly pay warranty work. Quick! Get the torches and pitchforks! traitor!!!!

Won't they want to take the turbo with the motor? Seems to me that if a motor came apart, there's a possibility of debris going into the turbo on the hot side? I wouldn't think they would risk putting it back together and having a blown turbo anyway so they would probably swap that with the motor, no?

Also meaning you should check the condition of your bigger turbo.

^^^ lol, nah he's a kool dude. Haven't stopped by the dealership to see the car though, too busy with school

listen, this isnt MazdaForums America, people post here from all over the world. If you cant handle a little bad english every now and then then feel free to GTFO

Perhaps that wasnt very sensitive of me, but you're just being an ass, no one likes the grammar police. It's just not necessary to call someone out like that, lets focus this thread on the matter at hand.

Can't we all just get along!! You know some good mazda bonding!

He is definately one of the lucky ones getting things taken care of and I think we all learn from experience. This is not your typical Mazda warranty thread!

OK - youre right. Both of you. Youre both being D-bags. And so am I. but since this thread has been the source of some controversy the last couple days im gonna let it go. Im curious to see how this warranty situation plays out and what the cause of the failure was, but pretty soon no one will get to know cuz im gonna have to close this thread. So lets just drop the my dick is bigger than urs bulls*** and get back on topic

Quick question, are you going to re-install all your mods w/ the new engine or are you going to build it first?

lol, im reading your thoughts, im not selling you anything lol, im putting everything back but i wil try to find a better tunning.

So do they or do they not replace the stock turbo with a engine replacement?

I think my post got lost in everyone's bitching.

My question never got answered either. Is the dealer going to take off all of your mods and put them on the new engine for you?

sorry man, it depends i usually go by the dealer every other day to shoot the s*** with my a few people i know there even if my car is working fine, on one of those ocassion they were replacing a blown engine but they were not replacing the turbo of that same engine, it all depends if something went into the turbo and caused it to fail. In my case my thech told me that before he assembles everything back together he is checking the exhaust manifold for little fragments that might have gone in.

HAHAH nah I wasn't thinkin about that. Are you going to be looking into the standback for the better tune?

man whatever prevents my engine from going boom boom boom, hey i have a turboxs fuel cut defender that i never even open the box, interested?

aww mwn i was lookinf to get ur D/P and ur R/P lol geuss not lol J/K. im guessin ur not going to make it to the meet on the 14th then

Just realized the op is from good ole Miami. A few months back I was getting an oil change at Ocean Mazda and the mechanic told me he was putting a big turbo in a car like mine, same color and everything. He took some pics and even showed the car off outside in the parking lot after taking it for a spin. I wonder if we're talking about the same car here, lolz. Anyway good luck and definitely post some pics when they take it apart.
