New P5 owner

Those look pretty damn nice...All Mazda wheels look better on the P5...What's the tire size??? Any rubbing??? If I remember they are like 215/45/17 and push the limit on the rear fenders.

Rims look nice (first I have seen them on a P5 as well) and great deal!

From these new pics I see the previous owner swapped in sedan headlights. More than likely the cause of some of your wiring problems....did you ever get those worked out? For a guide, check the how-to section. There is a thread on wiring sedan headlights for the P5 which may have been done improperly.

Cool to see the snowflake rims on a P5--nice! Since you have sedan headlights, what I said about having only two wires is wrong. Those use H4 bulbs which have high hot, low hot, and ground wires (that's three).

No rubbing i dont think, but there may be some on extreme turns in the front only. The offset and width of the rim is the same though so im safe in that respect i think. I think theyre 205/45/17 too.

The prev owner did SOMETHING with the headlights, and yes they do have 3 connections. I have 2 problems currently, which is that the grounds dont actually fit onto the connections, like the 2 hot plugs. They just touch at the end. The other thing is that i cant turn my high beams off... so if im riding in the dark now, the high beams are always on which is annoying...

Also an annoying thing is that one of the lights lenses is fogged out and looking damaged, the other is clean and clear.

But most likely they were swapped because it was in an accident on the pass side.

car looks good.
and have u tried cleaning solutions on the lens yet?
try PlastX or 3M rubbing Compound.

The Eibachs are progressive springs meaning they are spread farther apart in the middle and closer togethe at the ends, the stock springs are evenly spaced from end to end. If you look at the springs this should at least tell you if they're stock or not. Eibachs are either black or red.

Great price...Where do you live??? This effects value pretty significantly.

Sounds like a bunch of BS electrical stuff...but nothing major. The springs, you would have to clean them off a bit up in the wheel well and check for some sort of markings to be sure they are Eibachs...and not just a sticker mod...

We do love pictures...
