Actually, the rear motor mount we were referring to was one of the aftermarket choices. The stock ones have a soft rubber bushing (including the redesigned ones) to almost eliminate any vibration that may creep into the cabin. Unfortunately, the rubber in the mounts is what allows the motor to roll around a bit and give that clunky shift feel. Most people that have put in an aftermarket mm don't notice much, if any, increase in vibration. Everyone has their own preference as to which company makes the best mounts so the best place to start is checking what the different vendors offer and seeing which one sounds like it will fit your needs. There is a vendor section on the forum homepage that will link you to sites offering what you are looking for, and have established a good reputation in this community. Glad Mazda replaced your stock mounts for you though, since some of them have been known to crack (the reason for the TSB).
