I got the feeling that if he is able ( or willing I should say ) to disclose his age on the internet, I am sure he is one of the few responsible young kid out there....congrat on your ride and take a good care of it

There are still some responsible young drivers. I started towing airplanes at 17, and not small ones big ones with about 300 people in them.

i learned to drive a stick by pushin my moms car down the driveway(40ft.) and up the street about 100ft. and stealin that b**** at 3am...lol hey i was real responible. i would be the first to admit i wasnt im sure most people here did some dumb irrisponsible crap at 16. but then again i lived in a town of 2000 people and it takes 45min to drive from one side to the other doin 60...lol i know. theres not much to do in a redneck town...

Heck even the most responsible people go crazy once in a while. I will drift my car around a corner if there are no cars around.

The first car I learned on was a 3 cylinder chev sprint (made by suzuki). I feel everyone should learn on a basic car like that....it's not quick enough to get you into trouble, and then you get to appreciate what real HP is once you move up!

My first car was a 3 cylinder geo metro. i know what you mean about appreciating it. after the geo, i "moved up" to an escort zx2, then a ranger... then a v6 mustang (auto), and i've had my MS6 for a week now, man what a difference in power!

I went from 48hp -> 130hp -> 274hp

Congrats, Just don't let all of us wonder if your alive or not.. I just got mine two weeks ago... (Bought it on Monday : Took it to CP-E Wed. Got Cat Back, CAI, BOV, Engine Mount at 400 mile) and drove it 138 mph on the third day... be careful and good luck with it...
