Silver 2003.5 MSP
Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say this is a great forum and I'm looking forward to learning more about the MSP from everyone here. I decided on the MSP yesterday after 10 months of deliberation (and waiting for my house to sell). I'm supposed to pick up my silver MSP on Saturday.

I hope that my ?'s will not drive everyone mad (I promise to research first ). ;)

My plans for my MSP include: Exhaust, FMIC, Intake, Turbo timer. We shall see if my wife has the same plans!:( I don't plan to up the boost until the warranty is up.

One ? I'm purchasing my MSP from a dealer 2 1/2 hrs away because none of the dealers around here are mazdaspeed dealers. do you think there will be any maintenance issues, or will the regular dealers be able to handle the situations?
 
Welcome to the board, im new myself and havent had anything but pleasent converstions here.

I believe I read any dealer has to work on them, they have to call mazda or something during it. Someone else can answer better for you.

yes I was the one who posted that any mazda dealer can do work on the msp. They just have to call the mazdaspeed tech line with the problem and what they plan to do, mazdaspeed will advise them and walk them through stuff, especially things that are not the same as a regular protege.

Thanks everyone for your input. I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow to make sure the flash has been performed.
