Hi Echelon and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to our Club. There are TWO BIG fridge'S in the corner with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. (stash)

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!! (stash)
Since he doesn't do it much, if any, now I figured I'd give you the good ole welcome!!

www.protegegarage.com is a good place, run by one of our members
www.corksport.com has a lot of JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) stuff
www.dgmotorsports.com has a lot of Carbon Fiber/Cosmetic upgrades for your car

Enjoy your time here. One thing I've learned: Don't take anything personally. Everyone has their own style and their own opinion. (2thumbs)

welcome, let your modding begin!! Oh btw, check out the for sale threads, for cool stuff too.(thumb)

If you are referring to the strut bar in the engine bay it is stock on p5's. welcome to the forum.

yeah i found out later it was stock.
im the second owner of this car, and the previous one replaced the stock bar with an aftermarket one.

Welcome man. You'll find some really cool and knowlegable people on here. Definatly check out the How-To section and start your own "ghetto" mods right away.

Welcome welcome welcome. You're gonna like it here. We're a pretty cool community, and there are a lot of nice people around to answer your questions. Tip: be sure to search before you ask a question. You'll be able to find more info quicker that way.

It will also be shocking how quickly you and your money are parted. For instance, I was just going to get an intake and be done with it. Now, I have this:

(Saw you had midnight blue, thought I'd give you an Idea or two ;) )

Welcome to the board.......people are nice here and will answer your questions. As mentioned before, use the search option to try and find out before you ask, becasue people have probably asked it many times before....

Welcome to the forum! I have a Midnight Blue P5 also, no mods...yet, unless you count the audio system...

I think one of the first things you can do is tint the windows, (unless they already are), and find some nice 17" or 18" wheels to put on. I would go for 17s" to start with, and that is one of the best things to add to a car's look. (2thumbs)

thanks for all the tips guys (and galls if the case may be)
actually im in the lighter blue, believe its called Winning Blue on the M3.
i think my biggest thing is there are alot of MP5's around my town, so i wana get rid of that "stock" look. plans are for (as suggested) change out the wheels for some 17". also saw a post someone did, making custom eyelids outa vynle.
the biggest thing right now i wana do is swap out the tail lights for those ones that come stock on the M3 GT. they're clear grey and full of kick-assery (cant remember the name of them).
going to be a slow process though, im a budget modifier.
anyway, cheers everyone

Ah, you have Laser Blue then? Wonderful color. :)
Yes, enjoy the car, I know I do. And modding is fun, I started on the budget plan but it seems to be snowballing for me. :)

I'm pretty sure there's a bunch of BC Protege guys who can help you out too.
