- 2008 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring
Hi guys,
Just bought a new white Mazda3 s sport MT. I owned 2 VW before and now I own 2 Mazdas (the other one is an 08 Liquid Platinum CX-9 GT).
I owned 2 VWs for a while (02 GTI and 01 Passat). Love the way they drive, the way they hold ride quality after 80k miles. Just couldn't stand parts costs.
Hopefully parts cost will be more manageable with the Mazda. Among all Japanese cars, I think Mazda is the only one that resembles the driving feel of European cars. Steering feel is spot on and suspension is well tuned.
Got the Mazda3 for $1k below invoice from Randy Swanson at JoeMyers Mazda in Houston. In and out of the dealership in 2 hours. That includes test driving 2 cars. I've dealt with him before. The guy is so easy to deal with especially over the phone.
