i've already considered vtec, like power that hondas hide until the top power range that should should have during the entire time....like it's been said before : vtec= turbo hype-turbo power.

everytime i'm racing cars with vtec, i can hear it kick in right before i shift but all the car does is begin to ctahc up and then only stay even...it's like i have vtec that's on ALL the time! lol

Hahaha!I know,my buddies always tell me that my car has my VTEC is on all the time too(lol2).

VTEC is an acronym for Variable valve Timing and Electronic lift Control. VTEC is a valve train system developed by Honda to improve the volumetric efficiency of a 4-stroke internal combustion engine.

I've owned 3 Acura's and 1 Honda as well. VTEC was and still is great technology. It's sad that a simple acronym is distorted by society.

The other day on the highway we saw a beat up Civic with an sticker on it proudly displaying it had VTEK. I looked at Luke and said "did that say what I think it said?" Yeeesh.
