new in dash for the 3's

Nice but way overpriced. I'll stick with my flip up screen that I got for $400. I actually prefer the stock mounted dash flip up screen that I have as it allows a clear & unobstructed view for all passengers in the car.

It looks OEM, which is awesome! Who makes this and where would I acquire one? Not that I really have the money right now.

WOW! I have to hand it to those guys, they are making some beautiful OEM Mazda replacement stuff!

$1200 isn't bad yanno..

Pioneer AVIC D3 is the cheapest Navi/DVD touch screen setup for $1000, and this caradvanced one has bluetooth and OEM looks? It's worth the extra, plus the screen resolution is very nice. And it's got Pre-Outs for external audio! You can't ask for much more man, that's everything you need in an OEM solution. Christ, I really didn't need to see that this morning, I got ideas brewing like crazy. I'd have to see a Youtube video, since all their pictures are X'd out now.

I'm not sure if I may consider that right there, or just stick to my original plan of doing the caradvanced pop up screen, and get a GPS receiver+the Magden car diagnostic display setup. It may end up costing the same as just doing this!!

that s***'s sick! But I already have an aftermarket touch screen dvd indash. But that looks great adn looks to work well with the interior scheme

From the looks of the pic it seems that the clock isn't displayed anymore. I do want to add navi, but don't want to lose the clock or trip computer.

or you could buy this:

LCD with cd/dvd for $400 with a gps input, gps receiver for $20 and install maps your self :D

Meh, sure it's pretty and has lots of features, but who the hell is Polaris in the car audio world? I can't find a single stat on how the thing actually performs as a receiver...CD SNR, preamp outs (size and voltage), FM Sensitivity, nothing.

it looks better than ryda and the price is cheaper.

Thats right. Include more than Pioneer, looks like original dash, the price isnot so bad for all the features.
Isnt there a group buy for it?

Being that the Polaris unit is from Australia, would it support Sirius Satellite Radio...

What I remember when I test drove a Pontiac G8...aka Holden Commodore, is that it did not have XM because there is not Satellite Radio in Australia.

I would love to keep my Sirius Working.
