New HIDs installed yesterday

(rockon) New HID kit installed yesterday, ordered them from HIDynamic.com. paid 300 shipped to my house, and installation was easy as hell. only took me about 45 mins to install and mount ballasts and ingnitors. the kit is 12000K, i wanted that nicer purple look. it's more rare, even though it's not as bright as other kits with lower light temps.

honestly i dunno, i doubt it because i've already 'dealt' with local police, in one aspect or another hahahah. i'm not sure, i may end up with some inquiries as to whether my car came from factory with them, because cops around here are pretty up on local laws and such so i may have to try to bs my way out of it. i'll let you know.

i know a kid in town that has a 14000K set on his 99 Integra. They are pretty much pink. Really PINK! He gets pulled all the time for them but has yet to get a ticket. He always get warnings. One day he is gonna get pulled twice by the same cop and get a real ticket.

I just got a 7000 kit for $275 to my door. Havent put them on yet. I really like the color but i really think your gonna get a ticket. Plus they are too dark for driving.

I still think if the purple look is what people want they should just buy $30 purple bulbs from Pep Boys. You are still getting the same color and probably more light output with those then HID's.
