New here!

i know that, i was just asking
i have seen tons of people use them in various cars, but i asked sig sound about his setup, and he said it was the alum radiator that people used in there drag evo's
he wasnt aware if it was a civic radiator or not, so im just trying to make sure, that it is indeed a civic radiator, and not something similar

Oh I see, I just wonder how they use them in our cars and high HP cars like those evos and they dont have over heating issues. I wonder If the car would over heat on a spirited mountain but wont over heat at the drag strip since its a relative short distance they are running?

I am actually not sure what car that radiator was originally for. We modified it quite a bit to work in the Evo and keep it a bolt on affair. I have the part number somewhere if someone needs one. I will work on a small radiator kit for this car as well. We have not had one issue with over heating with this set up and we have it on numerous cars. We use a FAL shrouded fan on it and I am sure that is the biggest reason we have not had a problem. I am more then sure that it would have issues using a cheap 10 or 12 inch fan as they do not mover half the air this one does.

a small radiator kit would be great, especially if its on the right side like how you have it in the evo
i need extra room up front for the t3/t4 setup im acquiring parts for, and that would be perfect

go in to my profile i have pics up of mine set up.. yes they are civic radiators.. imo stay away from the cheap stuff.. i picked a koyo.. 1.5 inch rows 2 rows..

know of and have built civic's/integra's who run 550+ hp area no problems get driven almost daily.. and all motor cars also..

We will look into making a kit shortly. I also have plans for a T3 manifold in a few different flavors.

As everyone else has said, welcome to the forums, and welcome to the community. You obviously know what you're doing when it comes to tuning cars, so I am pretty excited to see what you can do with this platform, especially since you have the proper resources to do so (as opposed to most of our backyard tuning attempts). Seeing as your GF is into photos, feel free to get her on here as well and positing up in our photography section. Always looking for new faces and new perspectives!

Welcome again and I'm sure I'll be in touch once we see what you have to offer!

I have one in a car that is going on 3 years that is daily driven in the upstate NY winters. You should have no issues.

Anyway you can change that red to black? ;) or GOLD? lol, like get a vinyl overlay for the red parts? Cause that wouldent match my car at all :(

I have tried over and over again to get black top batteries but I can not find them anymore. Everyone I call says they stopped making them.
