hi guys, (thumb) i'm new for cars, so i have some question about the words that u guys using: what is WTF? CAI?

and also i'm going to install the umnitza intake SRI. is there anything that i should advert to? i have limited mechanical knowledge, specially about the ecu and thinks, shall i look for some pro for help?

as for putting on any intake in this car you need to be carefull of the MAF sensor, its the square lookin thing you have to remove from the oem intake and put on your new one, it is very tight as it is tie wrapped to the battery box, if you just snip the tie wraps holding it to the battery enclosure you should have enough room with out stressing the wires to mount the MAF successfully. if that still isn't enough room after a test fit, you can start to peel away the protective jackett that surrounds the wires. as far as installing it, there really isn't a problem besides what i stated above, as long as you can devote a couple hours (4 or so to the newb) i would think you will be okay, you don't need much for tools and the install is pretty striaght forward..

WTF? means what the **** and CAI is cold air intake pretty much the same thing as your SRI just longer so it gets colder air. The Ecu wont really be affected by the SRI just make sure you unplug the battery so when your moving around with all those parts you can a charge to jump and mess something up

yeah always un hook and secure the neg batt terminal when working on a car so you don't accidently short something out by knocking it or a tool into the ground...

i believe thats the car from the mazda sport magazine... some guy out in cali made, everything on it is pretty much a one off...

yes one off, not my car either i just love the kit thats all. The kit is from fiber images. and as far as i know will not be put into production, something about being ment for a sema show. anyway thats that. if you want the website its
