New guy here

:
2003 Spicy Orange MSP, boosted Miata dead and parted
hey guys whats up. My name is Bryan from NJ and for the past couple months I've been drooling over getting a MS3 and in the next 3-4 months I plan on pulling the trigger on getting one.

Currently I'm rocking out to my daily which is a 1996 VW jetta with 227k miles on the original motor, and shes running like a champ. My other car is a 1990 miata with about 6-7k dumped into it not including the price of the car when I bought it. (total would be probably like 10k then lol)

Here are some pics of the miata

It has more stuff on now except the weather is to crappy to take pics.

ANYWAYS....I joined up to do research and to get advice on what to look out for, good cheap mods, DIY projects, etc...

Hope to talk to you all soon and maybe meet up and check out some of your MS3's

Thanks guys, She looks a little different now too those pics are from september. she has a new front bumper, carbon fiber trunk, black hardtop, much smaller carbon fiber mirrors. etc......

But anyway you guys wanna buy her??? lol soon as i sell this i can get a speed3

I know but winter is coming to an end very soon. 60* out tomorrow lol thats why I'm waiting 3-4 months on getting the 3 cause it'll be june/july and prime time to sell the car.

I think it will be mighty hard to sell a modded miata now-a-days. I am not knocking the miata crowd but most people that looking to buy them are looking for the convertible aspect of the car and not the handling capabilities (and those people wouldn't buy a car that has been modified). And those who are looking for the handling would probably want to start with a fresh car.

Anyway you can keep the Miata and get the speed as well?

well with the way my car is set up i wouldn't be apealing to sell it the standard miata owner. if i was gonna do that i'd have to part it out (which i may end up doing) and return it to stock. I'd end up selling it to some kid who wants to go drifiting, has a decent amount of cash, and doesnt know how to build a car. One of my friends just sold his for 6900 and is in much worse shape than mine is.

Aside from selling drugs I wouldn't be able to afford both cars lol. And I'm not gonna sell drugs so the miata has to go.

got bored at work today and started typing up a FS ad. heres what i got so far.
