Yes Sheriff Joe has his inmates wear Pink boxers & T-shirts. They also have pink socks & towels. Their jail uniform is black & white stripped pants & shirts.
The Officers also carry pink handcuffs for general population inmates and yellow hand cuffs for mental (51-50 or 918) inmates.
The inmates only eat twice a day. Once in the early morning and once in the evening. MCSO has chain gangs where Officers supervise inmates all wearing black & white stripes and are chained together at the ankles. The inmates walk along the highway and roads picking up trash.
MCSO has several Jails but tent city is the one everybody talks about. Its a low security yard mostly for weekenders and DUIs. The inmates literally live in tents outside, even in the summer when it reaches temperatures of 120 degrees F.
When interviewed by a local liberal news crew asking if he thought it was inhumane for these inmates to be living is such conditions. The Sheriff replied, These are criminals. We have soldiers in Irac that are living in far worse conditions and they haven't committed any crimes. These inmates are just fine where they are at. Jail isn't supposed to be fun.

Oh my ******* god.... my team lost, which i guess was to be expected... but we put up a hell of a fight! sounds like excuses and bulls***, but if not for the bad reffing and bad calls- wait, there were NO calls, except for a too-obvious facemask on NE... the networks need to keep their ratings... bastards!
i must admit, i DID cry when we lost...
and it says something when we kept up with no LT, antonio gates giving 50% cuz of his injury, and rivers with 2 broken knees... we did do good. thats all i can say, is we did good.
we kept brady from being the ****** golden-child again, and thats all i wanted... one step away from the superbowl, but hey, thats the best we've done in years... i couldnt ask for more. i'm proud of my team! go chargers!!!
anyhow, how ya'll doin?? lol

And if a the chargers had one, a patriots fan would be arguing and cussing about the same points..Its silly to get all worked up over football, i watched the game, not by choice, patriots had some awesome catches...overall good game, I just like to see the best duke it out, i dont root for either team..im good, how are you?
