I do not like the way the first sentence is written, but the rest of the disclaimer is great. Enthusiasts seems redundant here.

DISCLAIMER: The Mazda Forums (MF) is a non-commercial organization (enthusiast club) for Mazda car owners and enthusiasts.

I have no suggestions other than to change it. It works, just does not flow if you ask me. No biggie.

Good luck to the admins in clearing up the TM fiasco.

If that disclaimer was given to you by someone at power, I wouldn't go changing it just to make it look nicer.

Enry did the first draft and I've edited it several times now to properly reflect our situation.

true... make sure it still 'works' for lack of better terms... I just hate the way it sounds. Like I said, no biggie. I write technical reports all the time and document invention recrods (my own), so I look into every detail. Hopefully I will get my first US patent soon.

in reading the new disclaimer... I dont think it matters legally. Taking out what was in the parenthesis should not have a bearing on the meaning of the disclaimer.
