New CX9 owner

Hello, just purchsed a 2007 CX9 sport, front wheel drive. Was also considering a 2008 Grad Touring, but it actually had more than i needed plus the price was twice as much. Baught the car because my wife and I are proud new grandparents and need the 3rd row to travel as a family when we can. Anyone give me an idea as to what im in for other than driving a great looking SUV?? Never owned a Mazda actually had to travel about an hour to find a dealer, but had to buy that car if I had to get a 7 passanger vehicle. I got the While, love the looks now hope I love the performance I will get from the vehicle. I owned a Hyundai Azera before this and visited their forum often. Im looking forward to visiting the CX9 forum and hopefully reading some great things about the CX9. Have a great day everyone.

You're in for a lot of fun driving. Great car for short hauls, traffic, hills, curves, interstates, and road trips in general. Put some better tires on it and it will really perform.

that depends if the car is riding on stock tires right now...I think there are some better options depending on the type of driving you do, but Spec-x is a very good time.

Regardless, welcome! You'll enjoy it, my wife loves hers, and I do too. It's fun to drive, has great space, can seat 7 (unlike most other SUV's out there), and gets decent fuel mileage, especially in FWD.
