2010 Mazda CX-7 Sport
We just sold our 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer which gave us a problem free 92,000 mile but it's time to move up to an SUV with a kid on the way. My wife loved the GMC Terrains but after test driving it and hearing the horror stories we decided to pass. I picked out a 2010 CX-7 Sport FWD but before we bought it I tried out a new CX-5 Sport. I can't believe how much better I like the CX-7. It feels more luxurious and it doesn't feel like you are in a car like the CX-5. Now if the 2.5L AWD CX-5 was in my budget I might have a different car, but the base model is no fun. Even though it is supposed to be faster than the CX-7's 2.5L, the throttle respond was terrible.

Anyway I got a Mazda Certified CX-7 with leather interior and so far the wife and I love it, plus it handles like a Mazda. Not to mention I have a powertrain warranty until 100,000 miles.

It's got 46K, which is about 15K more than other cars for the same price, but the Mazda certification and warranty really has me feeling good plus it's the only one I found with leather. We do so much highway driving in Delaware, 46K miles is practically new.

If I could have waited, i woulda have gotten a 2010 CX7 AWD GT. These things scream I need a turbo. My wife drives a 2006 mazda 6i with a 2.3 duratec and that thing wodn't get out of it's own way unless you plan well enough ahead for it. When she drives the my CX7, she can't believe how much power it has. I've sat in a CX5 & i wasn't really impressed. My CX7 seemed much more comfortable & much bigger.

Congrats on the 'new' purchase
