not that i agree with all this suing stuff, but if you are gonna sue, you go after everybody remotely involved. it's called "deep pockets" and chrsyler will have the deepest pockets of all. of course suing doesn't mean you get anything. the judgement phase is the tough part. proving chrsyler is @ fault will be hard.

idiot sal;emans driver was showing of to a client and crashed an srt4 into a fence, the fence came thru the window and ****** up the client, the salesman was ok...

chic around here lost control slammed into a fence, fence post went thru her windshield and decapitated her... it was a freak accident...
