New Car/New to Moding

Hey all whats up. I'm new here and to the world of car mods lol. I recently bought my first car, 2002 Protege. Its gold colored and 100% stock. I want to start some mods but I have no idea where to start.

One thing thats bothering me is the color. I am really tempted into getting it repainted black. But then then interior would be all gold. Idk. Any ideas on what to do with this problem? or any other mods i should start with?

Hey,first up all congrats for your new car..I like your color of car.Previously I had the same color car..Well, I will suggest not to use black color because it get hot in summer season. I can suggest you to paint your car with a silver or white color.The color matches your interior color and looks calm.Thanks..
