well i stopped down at the mazda dealer 2 days ago to show one of the mechanics i know my car and he told me theres a new bushing out. its still rubber but he said that its new. is this right or no?? i had mine replaced with the 2nd set that came out so i dont think he was talkin about those cause he put them on for me. so there may be a new bushing out. i think im gonna stop by and have them put em on. anyone know about this?

p.s.-turbos are sweet:D

got word from Mazda yesterday, that there is no eta on the new bushings yet.

this guy either doesn't know what he's talking about, or thinks that the 156D part is new. he wouldn't be the 1st person.

HA!
Just spoke to the service manager from my dealership.
I was in last week complaining about squeaky front struts and the replacement bushings that are in the back.
I told him I was under the car on the weekend and I can see where the swaybar is moving in the bushings.
He said "I think Mazda needs to redesign those bushings"
nice, more fuel for the fire.

I'm amazed that Mazda won't contact or send a simple email out to all their dealers stating some sort of update or progress on their quest for the "fix". this is just a sign of how lazy Mazda of Canada can be.

Regardless, I'm only relaying information i'm being told. get the bushings, and take note of the part number. Then we'll see if their "new".

so far mazda of america isn't much help either although i think my local mazda dealer hired a bunch of crackheads for mechanics.

I think I'm just going to buy some Energy Suspension greasable bushings unless I hear otherwise. $14 for a set and some lithium grease. Might as well try it. This is just getting stupid.

Dave was telling me the same thing. but it turned out they where the same D bushings that have been out for months now.
