i just in stalled my boost gauge and im new to turbo cars so im asking wut should the boost reat in like normal driving and wot driving i drive a mazdaspeed 6 by the way i took it out and normal was lik 5psi and wot would hold at 15psi is that normal??
15 psi is normal, if not a little low. I've hit 17 max with nothing more than an SRI. 5 psi is way high for normal highway cruising, though. I'm just about always in vacuum when tooling around at a steady speed.
i didnt mean to put 5psi it says in vacuam but sometimes when i step on it in first its like 5psi and sometimes it goes to 15psi but the other gears are fine
I'm pretty sure boost is limited in 1st and 2nd, but I don't think it would be down as low as 5PSI. Are you sure it is holding at 5 when you're still accelerating?
