A)... proteges really have phenomenal handling for their market segment. Mazda has put out some of the best balanced cars you can buy in stock form for the price.

B) what the hell else do you expect on a damn mazda forum??

Have you ever even driven a protege5? If not, just go look at autocross boards, and you will see the P5 walking all over GLI's.
