don't use bracketing for hdr. use the shutter speed if you're on an SLR. i guess you're out of luck with point and shoots.

then use Photomatix Pro 2.4 to combine them. It does a better job than photoshop cs2.

Washed her for the first time in 13 months. Yup. Shes been in storage for 13 months. The Zaino was still crazy glossy! Did a basic detail on the exterior and engine (needed some work). I got my new lense for my D70s today (18-70 AF-X) and i wanted to try it out.

Disclaimers for bad pics: I have been messing around with HDR photography but forgot to turn off my bracketing so much of my shots were either overexposed or underexposed. Add that to the fact that the sun started hiding when i was rushing to find a picture spot at the last second (have you seen a worse picture setting?). So i just snapped a few.

I've been using photomatrix. Why don't i want to use bracketing? Everything i've read on HDR says to use exposure bracketing. (http://beforethecoffee.wordpress.com/hdr-taking-the-pictures/) I've been doing -2EV, +0 EV, +2EV. But i'm open to suggestions. What the best way to attack it using shutter speeds? (I'm using a D70s)
