I saw it on SU ad it has a interesting carbon shield to it but it costs $930.... Anyone have it and think it's worth it?

I don't know how Autoexe stays in business. They really need to focus on the fact that they're making mods for a $20,000 car, not a $35,000+ car and the fact that they're not the only ones that are making parts for the MS3. I thought mods for my S2000 were expensive. I guess that's what you pay for "JDM Yo!".

well im sure alot of that price is getting the parts over here from japan...

This intake has been around for awhile and for that amount of cash I don't know if I want any further "incensement of engine displacement." My feeling is that my engine is already pretty incensed. If it got any more pissed off that would not be a good thing, and could lead to warranty issues.

On the other hand, I do like the fact that, "the sound of air taken in that you can hear even inside the car is comfortable, and in particular that "your feelings of driving also run high."

Take the money you want to spend on the intake and fly to Japan, buy the intake when your there for a few hundred U.S dollars and bring it home and you get a vacation out of it for the price of the intake.

For sure, there is no way it costs $700 to import a $200 intake. That is funny.

ha...

your posts make me feel retarded

Flying to Tokyo, even from LA, is a bit more expensive than $700. More like $1,150 on American Airlines. :)

Okay thats probably true but the point of the fact is NO INTAKE is worth $700 also if I did take a trip to japan I WOULD be bring a shyt load more parts then just an intake, maybe say a Skyline R34

do u have any idea how much money it costs to ship a car and make it smog legal???...

All I ask is for an AutoExe CF shift knob at a cheaper price. Perhaps somebody could take pictures of it installed.

not to mention the exchange rate is s*** right now...

going to japan in feb and am willing to buy whatever anyone wants while i am there...please paypal your cash to thomisinjapan@hotmail.com and be sure to include part numbers on what you want(rei)

$930 for an intake? Serious? What is that, like $190 per HP? Do YOU think it's worth that?

Honestly...the only way I could see this being worth the price is if you have more money to spend than you know what to do with, and you wanted to build an MS3 with a bunch of rare parts that nobody else has.

Not to mention a "ram intake" on a turbo motor is useless. Works much better on NA motor than a turbo motor.
