Hey everybody. Joined the forum to let you all know I just ordered a Tit. Gray Mazda3s sedan, auto, loaded minus nav. Was told at worst it could take up to 3 months to get here (boom04) ! Paying roughly $300 over invoice. Not bad considering at least one other dealer had a $1000 mark-up on them. Congrats to everyone who's got one already.

Congrats I ordered the exact same thing a few weeks ago. My SA said that it's off the assembly line and should be here on the island in about a month or so. You must be really anxious

Getting my Mazda3 HB soon

Heheh I am new to this forum ...I am also getting my first mazda car ever lol since thier new cars are just too good!!... I am getting my Mazda 3 HB next week ....hopefully they got my winning blue color by then ... (wut kinda name is that for a color lol) I am just wondering how does the rim for sport package look like?? never seen them in person at all >< wish me luck with my new car!!

Congrats, great choice on the car. I just ordered mine too. My dealer said 3-4 weeks, but looks like he might have been buffering me a little bit for a longer wait as some of you are now saying. We shall see. I'm getting a Silver 4s Sedan 5-speed. I was able to find a dealer that would give it to me at invoice which is great. I almost got the titanium, but in the end silver just grabbed me a little more.

They're only giving me $6k on my trade-in, 2000 Celica GT-S, but oh well. The car has been awesome, definately going to miss the kick in the ass when the 2nd cam kicks in. The mazda3 has some better torque to it though, 2.3l is nice.

Some questions

SAD!! I just went to the dealer and they dont have my color (winning blue) I want to get the Mazda 3 s HB with the ABS package only >< I dont like moonroof and the xenon... I am thinking about Black Mica now ... You guyz think the Black Mica will look good without the xenon ?? the reason I dont want to get xenon is cuz I thought red rear light looks better with blue >< heheh but please give me your opinion >< ... I am getting desperate ... if non of the dealer have my car ... I am gonna order it and wait for 2 months ... thats wut they said .. >< .. I need a car ... I just totalled my old car heheh

I hear you, I couldn't sleep or anything at night until I got the deal done. Not that the deal is done, i still can't sleep because I have to wait another 3-4 weeks to get the car.

I actually test drove a black Mazda3 which they were trying real hard to sell me. I sometimes like black cars but to me the Mazda3 just didn't look that great in black. Again its all personal opinion, but winning blue looks awesome.
I ended up ordering silver, which I thought looked the best for my tastes. Good luck though. Get it done before you end up a wreck like your old car.

I'm in the process of getting a 3 5-door in the Winning Blue. I looked on Mazdausa.com and found my exact car and the dealership I went to is going to have the car transfered to there dealership. I can't wait. I was going to have to wait 3 weeks for the car but now I'll have it in about a week. I can't wait!!

not bad at all. I was able to get mine for invoice, but that's 20 hours of my life I wont get back. Traveled around and negotiated between 4 mazda dealerships. Oh well, i'm happy now, just gotta wait 3 more weeks for my car to arrive.

Man... availability must suck wherever you guys are.

I discovered the 3 only last Wednesday, took a test drive last Thursday and picked the car up from the dealer yesterday with the exact option package I wanted. Titanium gray 5-door, Moonroof/6-CD, leather interior and ABS/EBD/SRS packages for $18,415 plus tax and title.

Well, I'll be going on 4 weeks since I ordered my 3 and have been playing phone tag with the dealer ever since. I was finally able to speak to someone yesterday who said they were in the process of checking the status of my car. He said he would get back to me later that afternoon and never did. By now, someone has got to be able to give me a rough estimate of when my car will get here. I'm starting to get REALLY frustrated. Just needed to vent. I know a lot of you are in the same situation as I'm in. I'll let you guys know what's up if I ever get an answer.

hey just so you know i was in the same situation as you was told 4-6 weeks upon signing it has now been 7 and was told earlier this week that it would be an additional 6-10 weeks and that they could not give me any kind of firm numbers on when it would be here due to manufcturing delays..he told me that their were cars that were in january production that he hadnt recieved yet and that mine was a february production.....ended up finding a silver one gt gfx package which was my second choice for colour had to give up on my blue one....wasnt prepared to wait 3 months for a car with no firm date...just a heads up....
