Hello everyone, I just purchased my 2011 pearl white 2 last Sunday. It's an AT :/ I would of rather gotten MT but there was none in stock anywhere near me. Ah, I just bought a pearl white stick on Tuesday and it took awhile to find the 5-speed. Next day, had the windows tinted. Wheels will be replaced once I burn off the original Yokos. The spouse has a white SUV but the pearl white on the Mazda really stands out versus plain white.

Thanks, I just got my windows tinted today! I'll post pics later. I'm not too sure on what wheels to get with them yet. Any suggestions?

Go with some nice 15" wheels. Anything lager looks outta place on the 2 in my opinion. Check out the wheel and tire section on Good-win racing, that's where I bought my Konig BriteLite's from. TireRack has some great choices too.

My car has 195/45-16 as standard and that is just fine. It is delivert with it from Mazda on the Advans Plus and Sport trim. (the sport is top of the line outside NA.)
I will stay with the standard tho. I think 17" is to large. Looks nice tho.
I forgot to say something. I have 15" on the winter wheels. It is normal here that the winter is one inch lower than the summer wheels.

Def go with the H&R's, give a very nice drop and rides nice! IMO, go with 15's as well, they fit the car just perfect and doesn't add much weight ..

Thanks, so if I install the H&R's first without new tires will my stock tires fit ok? I guess I should get 15's, but what are the measurements for 15's that will fit nice? Also will the tire pressure sensor work normal?

Yeah they will still fit. I'm still on the stock tires with my 15's. I have 15x7 +25 offset and they have a very nice look.. The sensor doesn't fit in my wheel, so I'm sure it won't fit in many 15's.. Not sure how all of that works!

Do you get the warning on the dash appear because of the sensor not fitting?

Yes, but u don't even realize after awhile. You could just put a sticker over it..

Oak Tree Mazda, too funny. I took a trip to CA last year with my fiance and I saw a green Mazda2 parked on a pier in Santa Cruz with an Oak Tree Mazda tag on it. Inventive marketing Your 2 looks awesome btw. Sometimes I wish I would've purchased a white one.

i had the same problem. only AT were available and that most the dealers wernt getting to many MT. but then again i live in houston so traffic is terrible.
but ill make the most out of my AT =]
