Here in Alabama I wear shorts and sandals throughout the year. It gets chilly but I'm never standing outside long enough to get cold. Everywhere I go has the heat turned on so why would I want to wear a sweater?

us Illinoians are less affected by the cold, our body's are better suited to the artic environments, it would have to be like 20 below before any major shrinkage occurs
