I'm actually going out and probably going to hook up with Bill up here in NH early that day, so I might be arriving later. If I can manage to drag his ass down, maybe we'll caravan from there straight to the meet, but I'm sure I'll hook up with you all down there. =)
Hey, are you guys both COM members? I think Bill is. I was going to go and run at NHIS on Saturday for the school day so I can get my time trial license but I am broke.

I watched them run last weekend and it looks like a lot of fun. They were hitting 125mph on the back straight. 1:18 to 1:20 laps.

I get done a little work. I am on the phone a lot so I usually post while on hold.

Does the park know we are coming? Is the lot paved?

I mentioned this to baby chris, we will be there early to set up and mark off spots..i hope they don't try to enforce having a permit..because we'll be ******.

It's very likely that he's a member, for sure, but I'm not... Actually, I have no idea what it is. =) I know he's thinking of doing One Lap of America this year. I, myself, do rally races, both TLD races and unnofficial dirt rallys up in Maine. (Or rather, I used to many moons ago) I havn't had much of a chance to do any of that, or autocrossing at all, lately. =/ I really should get tied back into the racing crowd; The only problem lately is money. It's a reeeeeally expensive sport. Hehe.

Eddie, COM is actually Corvettes of Massachusetts but only a few members even have vettes. 30 bucks a year for membership and then it is 150 bucks to run time trials whenever they have the track. They run on the road course at NHIS and also at Watkins Glen. Check them out at www.comscc.com I want some NEPOC members to join with me or at least some other protege drivers! Last time I saw everything up there WRXs, Rx7s, Vettes, Porsches, M3s, a Ferrari 348, open wheel cars, Miatas, you name it.

OK I am done threadjacking now.

Yeah thats what I am seeing now. Reading comprehension used to be one of my stronger points. I would like to catch up with Joe and those guys. If we meet at exit 46 on 93 at 10:30 do you think we will catch them? I dont know what rate of speed you plan on travelling at :D (outie)
I have an indash radar/laser detector so I could lead. I'm pretty fast. :D

I've been looking forward to this meet for a long time, and I'm really sorry to say that I can't go. I have a flat, and there's no way I can find another Toyo and get in mounted before Sunday.

More on this here.

Again, I'm really sorry. I was looking forward to meeting everyone. Spicy, have a beer for me. :(

Yeah, it looks like we will be taking 290 to 90. I bet you that we will catch them if they are ahead of us. If not it doesnt really matter.

I am saying NH and Northern Mass Folks meet at Exit 46 off of 93 by 10:30 at the Gulf Station. We can call Mark and the crew and see where they are at and try and catch up or slow down for them.

So since I dont know the area that well yet, I would take 3 down to 495 and over to 93? Which way on 93 is exit 46?

Comming from Nashua, would it be easier if I meet up some where between 495 and 290 instead of back tracking up 495?

There isn't a shop around here that sells Toyo's. I'm trying to get Rishie to sell me another, but it won't be here in time, my stock rims curently have no rubber on them, and I don't like the idea of driving all that way on a donut.

pretzellogic- pm me......I have snowtires, drag radials, etc. all mounted on steelies......also I can put a mean plug in. (Also work at a dealership in hudson valley.....)

So if we have roughly 35 people going, we should be able to get a good full 11 on 11 game of football. I'm assuming it will be 2 hand touch just to make sure we don't hurt anyone, but tackle is more than fine with me as well. If a couple of people want to bring their footballs, I will bring mine and we can use the best ball. Looking forward to this meet.
