we need someone to decide where exactly off the route 4 exit off of 84 for Farmington we are all going to meet. Everyone except ppl from NY and western CT will be meeting there I think so we need to decide where its gonna be. I am trying to think of a place but not decent sized, easy to find parking lots come to mind. There is a McDonalds in a plaza on your left probably 4 or 5 miles after you get off the exit but im not sure of how conducive the threshhold to the parking lot is to low cars....

Having meet points is great but I don't want to be sitting around in a parking lot for a 1/2 hour 45 minutes waiting for other groups to show up. I'd rather just get to the park and hang out.

you should meet up with all the other MA people though and cruise down. Then we are alll going to meet off exit 39 off of 84 in CT.

Howdy to all the NEPOC'ers!
Dan here from Orleans MA, out Cape Cod. I will be going to NY via 84 on that day. Does anybody have a guess-timate of how far off 84 this is?
I will have a car full of kids and family, but I could push the max age up to 32!

Let me know if anyone is selling anything good.....

What's up Dan? If you check this thread, a bunch of the guys from Boston are meeting with the guys from Worcester and they're all coming down 84 into CT. We're all meeting at exit 39 (rt 4 Farmington) at some point.

I live in Townsend, MA which is near Fitchburg, MA....I will be driving through Worcester, Does anyone wanna meet up and caravan so im not the only one getting lost to the meeting point off of 84? haha

Exit 39, rt 4, at the light, take a right, go down about 1/4 mile to the Farmington Marriot.

That can be our first spot to meet up. I suggest we set a window that everyone should aim for, like 9a-930a.

Gas prices are way to high in that area, so make sure everyone fills up ahead of time, otherwise, expect to pay out the nose. Gas is cheap in Torrington.

No speeding, burnouts, or other showing off because the farmington/avon cops are wicked dicks, especially after that 20+ car crash from last week.
